The charming apartment “Alte Schmiede” (“Old Smithy”) is beautifully located in the heart of Fulda.
From here you can discover the city with all its historic spots as well as a great number of cafes and restaurants. The Fulda Cathedral, the baroque palace with its park and theatre, the romantic Christmas Market and even the railway station are all in walking distance.
When the historic timbered house of the year 1541 was rebuilt from 2009 til 2017, the attic was restored in an ambitious manner.
Now nearly 100 sq of warmth and cosiness on two floors welcome our visitors. On the lower floor you find the first bedroom with a queen size bed, one main bathroom with shower, tub and WC and a separate toilet. On the same level you enter the living room area including an open kitchen. From here you can access the upper floor via stairs and you will enter a beautiful gallery with a sleeping and a lounge area.
